Situated right on the Port Elizabeth beachfront with beautiful ocean and valley views, Blueviews is a privately owned suite situated in the Brookes Hill Suites Complex. Walk via private pedestrian access gate to blue flag beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and the boardwalk casino complex. Communal pool and barbeque facilities with breathtaking views overlooking Algoa Bay. Laundry room within the complex. Short drive to the airport and the National freeway. Secure free parking on the premises behind a 24 hour guarded security gate and CCTV. This open-plan unit can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a bedroom, lounge area and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, dressing table with ottoman and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels and bathroom amenities/soaps are provided. The living area features a lounge area, work station and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, grill press, egg boiler, slow cooker, bar fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee station and cutlery and crockery. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area for 2 guests which boasts a beautiful view of the ocean, Humewood beach, shark rock pier, the properties manicured gardens and Happy Valley.
