This home in the gorgeous seaside town of Umdloti Beach, on KwaZulu-Natal's famous Dolphin Coast is one of them! Come and visit, I'd love to host your stay! Guests privacy is respected however, guests are encouraged to contact their host should the need arise. Please note that while your host is always happy to assist, they may not be readily available from 6pm to 9am. Please note: Guests are required to provide proof of identification, and pay a R3000.00 Refundable Deposit which should reflect in the bank prior to arrival.

This beachfront apartment’s picturesque views of Durban's warm Indian ocean are mesmerizing! Visit & make this modern, coastal retreat your seaside oasis. Guests enter into an open plan living area on the lower level of this vacation home. The space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room & lounge which opens onto a seafront patio. The lounge’s flatscreen TV is connected to Netflix & WiFi to watch preferred subscriptions via Google Chromecast. Steps lead to the 2nd level housing a bathroom & 2 bedrooms which open onto a 2nd patio with breathtaking views. Watch the waves breaking from the comfort of your Master bed! The bathroom has a shower. The 3rd floor has a half bath & shower. The 3rd floor balcony has the main outdoor entertainment & BBQ area. A reading room offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a quiet moment from the sun, while still enjoying twinkling blue sea views. Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure building, its position consumes guests with awe-inspiring coastal views. Guests have access to the complex’s gated, communal pool area.

Situated in Umdloti, in the heart of KZN’s Dolphin Coast, this property is a short walk from a naturally protected Tidal Pool, opposite a swimming beach, shops, bars & restaurants. All basic amenities like a pharmacy, doctor and Spar are nearby. Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents & large waves. Its ideal for little kids, elderly people and novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean and fun in the sun. Umdloti’s beaches are wonderful for long walks & the views are magnificent. This charming seaside town is located between Umhlanga and Ballito. Umdloti’s a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane and indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins and birds. With Umhlanga’s vibey attractions nearby, Gateway Shopping Centre an 8-minute drive away, 10kms to King Shaka International Airport and 15kms from Ballito up the North coast, this gem is conveniently situated for those in need of entertainment or a spot of retail therapy.
