Property information

This unique holiday home is situated in the serene surroundings of Sandown Bay near Hermanus. Upon entering the door, a curved stairway leads up to the main bedroom and living areas. The house comprises of five bedrooms four bathrooms, two en-suite, a family bathroom and a guest toilet, There is a large lounge area with a beautiful fireplace and an open plan dining room with a 10 seater table, a fully equipped kitchen with ample cupboard and work space, a glassed in sun room with a built in braai. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The Estate is situated within an exquisite nature reserve surrounding the Bot River Lagoon and the world famous Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. The estate has a sparkling pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse and a children's play area. Take a short walk to one of the most pristine beaches in the western Cape and spend the day relaxing!

Enjoy a day out at our neighboring suburb of Fisherhaven or a short drive to the lovely town of Hermanus with so much to do such as whale watching or visit the many museums to learn about the history of this beautiful sea side town.
