La Rochelle is an over 100 year old restored Victorian house, in the centre of the historic town. The house comprises 3 rooms, all on suite with own kitchenette, private entrance and individually decorated with antique furniture. We make use of high quality linen, all rooms with electric blankets, air con, TV and wifi. In the heart of the Winelands, close to all famous wine farms and only 1hour drive from Cape Town. We have great restaurants in the area, cycling / hiking routes for the more adventurous and close to all wedding venues. We as owners live at La Rochelle, we have 2 dogs and easy people with a homely vibe. We are ideal for leisure and business clients. Come and experience the beautiful Wellington area at La Rochelle.
We are hands on and love sharing this old Victorian house with guest. We are animal lovers, love gardening and travelling.
Central to all wedding venues. Close to all the famous wine farms. Great restaurants in the area. Close enough to big malls if you feel like shopping (Paarl Mall, Tyger valley Mall, Cape Gate) 50 minutes to international airport, 1 hour drive to Cape Town, less than an hour to nice beaches. Central for business people.
