La Vita e Bella is a Modern self-catering apartment, located in a safe neighbourhood for two persons to share and it has a separate entrance with a private braai area and access to the swimming pool. The apartment is connected to the main house’ solar system which ensures that the lights, tv and Wi-Fi stay on during load-shedding. It is well equipped, including gas/electric stove, air-fryer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood. The neighbourhood has it's own "Berg-en-Dal Patrollies" who monitors and keep the are safe. The Berg-en-Dal area have only one entrance, which make it easier to keep safe. The property is also equipped with cameras and the apartment has Clearview burglar bars.
