Nested on the hill in central Ballito, only 1km from the beach, is this beautiful villa of a home. The main bedroom is ensuite and has an extra-large king bed. The two double rooms both have comfortable double beds and the childrens room has a triple bunk. A separate flatlet allows this house to accommodate 8 adults and 3 children. This home has 4 bathrooms all with showers and two with jet baths. There is a TV lounge, a relax lounge, a bar, an immaculately furnished kitchen with an extra freezer, coffee machine and pantry. There is a a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. The children's room is stocked with games, toys, a library and activities for tenants use. The bar has a pool table and dart board. The TV lounge has comfortable leather couches with Netflix, Disney, Prime, DSTV NOW, YouTube and Amazon for the whole family to enjoy. Uncapped wifi is also available. There is a luxurious infinity pool at the back of the house and a braai area large enough for everyone to enjoy. This home is serviced daily except for on Sundays or Public Holidays. Parking available for 3 Cars.
