Situated near 3 minutes from the famous Langebaan Lagoon with its’ turquoise blue warm waters and just a short walk to Club Mykonos Resort and Casino offering some of the best entertainment and family friendly attractions on the West Coast. Nivica has been carefully planned to ensure that the facilities and amenities on offer are centered around family and a relaxing community lifestyle. Close to all amenities including the Laguna Mall with its’ supermarkets and variety of stores and restaurants.
