The neat apartment consists of 1 bedroom ensuite, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an open-plan living room/dining area with stunning sea views.
A sliding door provides access to the indigenous natural garden, grassed barbeque and outdoor dining & seating area, with uninterrupted views across the valley & ocean.
I love meeting new people from different countries & cultures.
This secure property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful suburb above the beach and is one of the safest neighbourhoods in the Cape Peninsula.
