Located in a quiet area in Polokwane. Separate and spacious unit, all on ground level, facing North with garden view. Separate sitting area with work space for laptop/tablet. Invertor system during loadshedding periods. Private Bathroom (shower) with separate toilet. Wall-mounted panel heater, fan on a stand, free WiFi. 40 inch flat screen TV with full DSTV package. Microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, sweeteners and rusks. Secure private parking at the unit, behind electric gate - not visible from the street. Stew's Room is less than 1 km from a small shopping complex with one of the BEST butcheries, VLEISLAPA with a big variety of great quality meats, pre-prepared salads, homemade meals and side-dishes. A paradise for biltong-lovers. They also sell cakes, deserts, fresh fruit and vegetables. At the complex you will also find an Elegant Petrostop with a bakery, ABSA ATM, Liquor Store, Laundromat, shoe repair, tailor & alterations, key cutting and Post Net. The Greenery is a brand new centre with restaurants, Woolworths food, Checkers, etc. 2 km from Stew's Room.
