Easily accessible studio apartment for a two people. Blouberg beach (kite surfers paradise), with its views of Table Mountain, is 3km away, The Mall is within walking distance, Eden on the Bay Beach is a 5 minute drive. Two minutes to Blaauwberg Hospital. Over 50 restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Guests will have your own remote control access to come and go as you please with loads of privacy. There is an area for your laundry and you'll have your own patio braai area and carport.
(Smoking is allowed in the outside private garden area - absolutely no smoking inside the unit).
