Situated just 300 metres from Milnerton Beach, The Sanctuary Guest House Estate features an outdoor swimming pool and shared lounge area with fireplace.Free Wi-fi is available in reception/lounge/bar areas - as well as in most guest cottages. over +-4000sqm of land - beautiful views of the milnerton lagoon and the wooden bridge, view of Table Mountain and surrounds. The large openess of the property gives our guests the feeling of being on a 'out of country' retreat but still with the comfort of being close to all main amenities as well as the CBD and surrounding areas. We are fortunate enough to attract people from all over the world, as well as locally. A large portion of our annually income comes from Locals here in Cape Town on business - We have become their preferred accommodation location, We enjoy what we do - and this is apparent in our premises , services and staff. We do hope to meet you soon.
As hosts we pride ourselves in making all guests feel like family, we offer a warm and welcoming approach in all we do. We enjoy spending time with Family and friends, BBQ and spending time around the pool.
We look directly out onto the Milnerton Lagoon and Golf Course. We have the most amazing bird life that is visible through-out the year. Walking distance to all main ammenties and the beautiful Milnerton Beach is within walking distance which makes Milnerton and where we are perfect for all.
