The villa has unobstructed views of the Drakensberg Mountains. The villa is located on a beautiful and exclusive estate; a private game reserve of 1000 hectares. A large number of African animals roam freely here. The Estate is completely fenced and there are animals such as giraffes, and zebras (but no big five animals). You don't have to go far for a relaxing holiday. You can spot animals directly from the backyard, while you enjoy a cold drink at the private swimming pool.

There is plenty to do around Villa Tall Horse for a varied and adventurous holiday. It is also an ideal place to relax and gain new energy. The villa is located next to the Greater Kruger where you can go on a safari with a professional guide in an open jeep in the village of Hoedspruit. In Hoedspruit, there are shops, and restaurants, but also, for example, the Hoedspruit Endangered Spices Center. From Villa Tall Horse you can make various day trips in the wider area. The Kruger Park is excellent for self-traveling with your own car. From Hoedspruit, you drive aside the Greater Kruger to the Orpen Gate, 40 minutes away from the villa, from where you can make beautiful day trips and enjoy nature at your own pace. If you drive in the other direction from Hoedspruit, you enter a completely different world. Between the mountains is the Blyde River Canyon, the largest living green canyon in the world and part of the Panorama Route. You can take a boat trip on the river but also opt for more action such as tubing, canyoning and canoeing.
