Newly built 3 Bedroomed Modern House with state of art comfortable fittings. Two clean tiled bathrooms with a guest toilet. High Security measures with Rapid Response system from Pre Secure company. Panic button , electric wall fence with an automated gate for guests to open with a remote control. Has a night security guard from a reputable security company. Has retraceable burglar bars .
Has solar power system , solar geyser and generator for when there is a power cut.
State of art living room with beautifully presented sofas . The kitchen is a master piece with a breakfast island table with two bar stools . Has a gas and electric cooker.
Having travelled widely myself I love to make people comfortable and at home when they are away from their homes and Marblearch is just the place .
This house is in a gated community with a quiet neighbourhood. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport and easy access to Great East Road access to shopping malls and town centre .
