Situated 5.5 km away from the city centre, safe, secure, a borehole with water pumps which guarantees 24/7 water with high pressure, transport fro and to the airport, a car and driver will always be available at a small price to take you wherever you may want to explore. A solar battery and inverter which guarantees 24/7 power for your gadges and MiFi. A gas stove for your cooking at anytime. It also has bidet. Zambia experienses daily loadshedding and low water pressure.
