The foyer area is comfortable, check in process smooth and v friendly staff. We got upgraded to a room in Novotel (attached) because Ibis was full, it was very comfortable.

I didn't go to the restaurant but the room was really nice and clean. It's very close to the airport and the $12 shuttle is very helpful. I didn't find many restaurants around the hotel but I loved the location anyway. The staff were awesome a d very helpful.

Everything! Easy to airport as the stop Museum goes directly to airport. Good location near the harbour. Great rooms and good breakfast. Liked it all.
