The stuff were nice and welcoming. It’s very close to a metro station and the room, bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great and they also have some things to eat during the night that saved us because we arrived late. The hotel is very close to the waterfront where there are many things to see. Central and quiet area.

The staff were the best asset to Ibis. They were so helpful and nothing was too hard to do for me.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

The room was super clean, we had snacks and coffee in the room and beautiful views to the canal. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we left the bags for half day without any extra cost. We’ll be back!

The bed was super comfortable and the temperature was good. The location is great near Liverpool Street station but just next to Aldgate east station so lots of combinations to move around.

It was nice to stay at the hotel. The staff is very nice, everyone always has a smile on their lips and is friendly. I liked that we were checked in earlier. It was nice that the hotel announced there was construction nearby and that it might be loud. To be honest, it was quiet for us. We didn't wake up because of the construction sounds
