The hotel is very close to trains, bars, shops, and location is excellent. On my arrival, a friendly lady greeted me with a big smile and politeness, was a simple affair to check in, friendly and efficient. Bar area and lobby looked very modern and clean also as first impression. The room was modern and clean, bright with the window, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. Perfect for my needs as a solo traveller. Bed was also super comfy, slept very well. I've been to many Ibis hotels, and this one is brilliant.

Conveniently located between the Jaguar engineering centre and the David Lloyd Centre, the hotel offers free parking and en suite accommodation at great-value rates.

I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.
