All the staff I met ( Ludivine, Dano, Lucie, Lucas, Ariane, Vladimir, Olivien, Elodie and Vermon) were super friendly and helpful. For instance, I arrived early in the morning from a 13-hour flight, and they kindly made extra effort to arrange early check in for me. The location is great! 6-7 min walk from Metro and Train Stations

With a 24-hour reception, it is 750 metres from the Galeries Lafayette. The breakfast selection was extensive. And accessible for me, in my wheelchair. Great to have access to hot drinks 24 hours.

Place de la Bastille is only a 10-minute walk away. I was very surprised by my room at the Ibis Gare de Lyon. The room was larger than I expected and, although basic, it was beautiful, bright, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large enough and comfortable. Great beds. The window was openable, which was very welcome. There was also a sofa in the room, which made it even more comfortable and pleasant. Helpful, pleasant staff at checkin and checkout.

The National Museum of Natural History is an 18-minute walk away. All workers were really nice,the hotel is very close to the city center and fortunately it’s very quiet! We had a very nice time there! 🥰 And our room was perfect for the amount of time we spending there!
