The staff at this family-run hotel went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was super clean and bathroom spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed a complimentary foot soak which was amazing after having climbed Mt Kinabalu. There is a lift which is convenient for moving luggage up to the room.

Thanks to wondeful staff Alif(hope I got your name right🙂), the experience here at Seraya hotel was amazing. It was my first time in Kotakinabalu and Malaysia, and you made me fall in love with this place and country. Again, thank you Alif! The location is so convenient and the bed is really comfortable.
