I've been to many pousadas in the area, and it's very rare to find such good-functioning showers and hot water.

Right on the sands of beautiful Maragogi Beach, this guest house offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free parking. The best breakfast we had in our 3 months in Brazil. Really great! Next to the beach so a good location too.
