The service was impeccable; the room immaculate and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. We also went to The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh to enjoy traditional Cape Breton fiddle music, song and dance.

An American breakfast is available at the inn. My wife, mother and I got the double bed room. It looked out onto the ocean so we watched a beautiful sunset from the room. The room was recently renovated, very clean, and had little thoughtful touches like earplugs (we didn't need them) and milk and cream for coffee (that was also available in the room). Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was served quickly and promptly at 7:30.

The host prepared fresh blueberry pancakes in the morning, which were delicious.

It is located an hour of the beginning/end of the Cabot Trail. The view is beautiful and it was stunning to sit outside and eat our delicious breakfast. The owner Kim was very friendly and welcoming.

Tastefully decorated, nice touches like real glasses & cups....no paper or plastic! Central location, within a few blocks of restaurants and shops.
