Surrounded by scenic hiking routes, Berghaus Männlichen provides bright rooms with country-style décor. Many have a private bathroom. Location unbeatable. On top of the mountain. Perfect for stargazing if night sky is clear but I didn’t go out because I was scared what if I cant open the main gate with the code. But I am sure if I had asked the staff before they went off work, they would have showed. Staff is very helpful. They offered to heat my food for me. i could sit in the restaurant even when I was having my own food. I went on romantic trail and it was beautiful and started right from the property.

The hotel is at a bit higher place which makes it one of the best places in town to have the magnificent snow Mountain views. And there are lots of small and cute decorations. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

The room was not only spacious and incredibly comfortable, but it also offered a breathtaking view. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. After accidentally leaving our camera behind, we faced the unfortunate reality that returning to retrieve it wasn’t an option. Yet, the staff and manager at Hotel Steinbock went above and beyond to ensure it was safely returned to us. Their kindness, honesty, and dedication were absolutely remarkable—and deeply appreciated. In a world where such genuine helpfulness is rare, their actions left a lasting impression on me. Whenever I return to Lauterbrunnen, there’s no question—I’ll be staying at Hotel Steinbock again and again.

The Alpenblick hotel is a family business, situated about 600 metres from the centre of Grindelwald, right at the ski slope and a bus stop, and offers nice rooms and tasty food.

In the restaurant and on the sunny terrace guests can select from fresh hot sandwiches, steaks, salads and desserts. Cheese fondue is available as well. Amazing place, good location, great view from the window, good host, amazing breakfast, highly recommended

Directly on the shore of Lake Brienz, Boutique Hotel Bellevue Iseltwald offers a sun terrace. Guests can enjoy panoramic lake and mountain views from the terrace and benefit from free WiFi access in the entire hotel. The best part was the cutest couple who run then BnB. They were very warm and hospitable. I would love to come back to Iseltwald just to visit the property again and meet them :)

All guest room at the Schönegg guest house feature typical Alpine-style furniture. Nice view,staffs,breakfast,clean room. I'll be missing this lovely house.
