They were like part of our family. They tried to help us with everything. The breakfast was quite sufficient and delicious. The bread and croissants were fresh and very tasty. If I come here again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is situated 200 metres from Lake Thun and close to the Beatus Caves. The location was great--relatively secluded and about 2.5 miles from city center... a great walk if you're up for it but the bus is right around the corner.
