How we where made to feel at home as soon as we checked in. Our room was perfectly made and the room was at a good temperature. We have food and drinks in the Tanronnen inn and the service was fantastic our server went above and beyond. After a good nights sleep some fresh coffee from the coffee maker and a hot shower we ventured for breakfast which was included at the sister hotel just over the bridge. This was perfectly served and filled us for a day of walking. We will be back again soon!

Situated in Snowdonia National Park, Penhelig Arms has a waterside location at the mouth of the Dyfi estuary. It offers fresh seafood and a range of other dishes, and has a real log fire in winter. We had the Penhelig apartment, which offered plenty of space with two floors. The staff were friendly and courteous as always, and our dog is always welcome.

The bedroom and bathroom were very cosy and confortable. The bed was amazing and the view very charming, directly in the harbour. The personal were very nice and the pub itself with its beer garden was great. Also you couldn't be better located in Conwy, directly in the Castle Street. I recommend it !
