Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Property was amazing. Great breakfast, convenient to pick up keys, close to Gronegrat train and Sunnega list. Whole experience was exceptional. Picturesque views of Matterhorn, right out the kitchen window. Lovely porch with views and comfortable balcony seating.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff is very friendly, making you feel right at home. Everything is very well taken care of, extra level of comfort, and the matterhorn view is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and i highly recommend!
