Everything was great at this hotel from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. The reception staff welcomed us very politely, and all the hotel employees speak English, which is very nice. When I went up to our room and opened the door, I was very surprised by the value for money because the room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a very clean shower. Overall, I would rate the cleanliness of the room as 10 out of 10 and the interior as 10 out of 10. Overall, my stay at this hotel left only positive impressions. There were a few situations that arose, and the hotel staff responded to them immediately. I would like to give a special mention to the girl at the reception desk named Zoey. This girl provided excellent service. She is a true professional in her field. She responded immediately to all my requests and wishes, from problems in the room to ordering food. Conclusion: I was very satisfied with my stay here. If I visit this city again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.
