It is the fourth time we have stayed at the Negresco hotel and, as every time, everything was perfect. Excellent location both for the beach and Palma itself. The room was exceptionally clean. Amazing view from the room and just few steps away from the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The food was very good.

The room was really spacious and cosy, the breakfast was just amazing! many different kind of good food, both mediterranean and British breakfast. The location of the hotel is unrivalled, right in front of the sea (10m) and very close to all restaurants and vibrant area of the coast however being located at the end of the playa de Can Castilla it sits in a more quiet area so it is really perfect. The airport is very close so your trip to the hotel takes no longer than 10 min.

Room was extremely clean, hotel looks very modern, definitely a 4 star. The breakfast is open most of the morning. Breakfast had something for everyone, lots of fresh fruits, juices, lots of choice, plenty of seating although very busy. Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly (particularly the cleaners <3). Nice area at the front for drinks and snacks and watch the people go by. Also they kept my bag for me after I checked out because I had a late night flight, so I could go enjoy the city. Good value for money in October. I was upgraded to double room which was two single beds pushed together. Also I was able to check in slightly earlier. In the room plenty of towels, small hairdryer, safe, samsung TV, lighting was nice, fridge for drinks. Also because the hotel was adults only, it was very peaceful but didn't hear any entertainment, only from the hotel behind us.

    almost everything was 100% ,very relaxed ,good facilities with space even though the hotel was full.all of the staff were amazing. good choice of food to eat . nice balcony and large room with a good sized bathroom. The bathroom hair dryer had broken and the maintenance fitted a new one with an hour,amazing speedy service.
