Highly recommended hotel with impeccable welcome! At check-in we received valuable information from the front office manager on different places to visit in the area, given that the hotel is in a strategic point in the center! The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect localization, set on a majestic street surrounded by grife stores. The building is a charm itself, preserving its tradition and elegance. Cleaning was good and the staff were very kind. Terrace is a must (despite the partially covered view). Very safe area, clean and beautiful apartment way a friendly staff (Ariana was very kind).

    The breakfast was wonderful , vegan diet catered for with a fruit salad. The staff were always pleasant and answered any questions. The rooms were a cool place to get away from the city heat so you can enjoy going out later in the day. The spa with jacuzzi and sauna was relaxing. The location was perfect. A fabulous experience for the whole family!

    We had the junior suite which was fantastic! Incredibly spacious and elegant with a massive window with Juliet balcony overlooking the little square. The location was great, without being super busy you were only a few steps from some of the best attractions. We actually only saw the staff on our last day (though we could have seen them before if we had chosen to), which in itself was just the service we were after! The instructions to get in were really clear and overall we just had a great time here. We also loved the jacuzzi bath!

    The room is beautiful with a decent size. The bathroom is also nice. I like the fact we had a 3x separate glass shelves in the bathroom to put our cosmetics- My partner enjoyed using the coffee machine and coffee capsules. It rained heavily on my first day and was so grateful to be able to use the Spa. The spa area is great. Was able to use the jacuzzi, sauna, steamed room as well as having bed lounges area to relax. Hot tea available in the Spa was a nice touch. The receptionist was helpful as well as the breakfast and Spa staffs.
