The house was amazing. All things work great. House is very spacious and a beautiful garden with turtles and bunnies which makes it more special.. Daniele always had great communication for any things. The house is very close to the beach. Me, my husband and my daughter 2 years old had a lot of fun in this house. A wonderful villa right by the sea, with a beautiful view from both my room and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. Had a fantastic time in Santa Marinella – highly recommended, and I’d love to return. Thank you!

My wife and I had a 10-day trip around Italy by car (Milan-Rome). During all this time, we stayed in 4 hotels (of approximately the same price level). This hotel (Riva di Palo) was the best of them all. There is a very large hotel garden area with lawn, pool lounges and sunbeds, as well as direct access to the beach/sea. the hotel room was spacious and tastefully decorated with its own outdoor table and chairs the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive , especially Antonella who kindly helped us plan a visit to the most famous places in Rome. There is a free parking lot in the hotel territory. The train station Ladispoli is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. From there by train 30-40 minutes to the center of Rome. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next trip to Italy.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Santa Marinella, Villino Emanuele is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

Absolutely unique experience, something you won’t get in big hotels! Feels like home, extremely welcoming owner, clean and cozy rooms, breakfast served specially for you on a beautiful terrace! Massimiliano kindly welcomed us at a rather late hour, we were on a route whole day and the road took more than expected. Rating of this place says for itself, absolutely true:) And it’s also 3 minutes of walking to the beach.

The Cavalluccio Marino is a modern hotel on the Tyrrhenian Coast of Lazio, with beautiful views of the sea.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant right next to the beach. It has a pool and a private beach, private parking is also a bonus when travelling by car. Good breakfast and a lovely location!
