- great location to explore the city and the entire island - the hotel is new so everything is in a very good condition - plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel - breakfast was delicious (fresh fruit, pastry, scrambled eggs, pancakes, granola, etc.) - polite and kind staff, special thanks to the breakfast room ladies!

It was a great treat to stay in a place with such history and character. Maria is the consummate host, even going out of her way to drive us to a nearby restaurant when she spotted us waiting at the bus stop. The swimming pool is lovely and the views over the sea unbeatable. Breakfast was generous and served in the pretty courtyard on warmer mornings. We enjoyed the location in between Angra and Sao Mateus. This is a wonderful property for those who appreciate charm and individuality.

I loved the breakfast and easy access to the beach trail. I also loved that it was quiet and clean.

Gorgeous, newly renovated accommodation with all the amenities that you possibly need for your stay. Great location and beautiful, comfortable apartment. Jaime was very accommodating, assisted us with everything and provided great recommendations that made our family vacation unforgettable. The accommodation was close to Angra. Parking was easy. Nice view of the ocean from the window. The kitchen is tiny, but enough for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, big and with a really good mattress. The host helped us immediately if we had any problems.
