beautiful property near the airport, the rooms in the new wing have a splendid view on the bay. well furnished (maybe I could have needed some shoe cleaning gear). the staff is excellent (where in the world are you taken after registration to your room? and the luggage already there...) very convenient breakfast, shuttle at any time to the airport. i could check in earlier and was offered the last day to use the room free until 5pm-this is however only possible if there are free rooms. good experience of portuguese hospitality.

We loved everything about this trip! Room was nice and clean, staff amazingly friendly and polite. Food was very delicious and various. For each night the hotel organized some kind of entertainment such as live music or dancing shows. We are very glad we stayed here and sure will be back!

Words simply cannot convey how wonderful our experience was. The resort is stunning, the service is superior, the food is extraordinary, and there are so many thoughtful and meaningful touches that make this truly an experience instead of just a vacation. We received champagne, scrumptious desserts. The hotel staff quickly memorized our names and always greeted us warmly. Thanks to Luis(team), Sergio, Vanessa and Diana. This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The facilities were top-notch—the pool was wonderfully refreshing, and the poolside bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The gardens were beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I’ve never encountered such warm and welcoming service. A special thank you to the lovely lady at reception, who was always cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful. The on-site spa was also excellent, complete with an indoor pool. I had two treatments during my stay, both of which were absolutely superb. The hotel’s gardens deserve another mention—they were simply breathtaking. I was there for a wedding, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect venue for such a celebration. I stayed in one of the garden rooms, which was unbelievably peaceful and featured an incredible bathroom with a rain shower, handheld shower, and water jets—easily one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
