The house is amazing, located on a hill in a secluded place. Very nice garden, outside, there is a barbecue and a ping-pong table. Inside huge living room and large kitchen, fully equipped. 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We highly recommend this place for a family holiday or with friends. We will definitely come back here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel - with the best staff San Marino has to offer! The receptionist that welcomed us upon arrival, Alessandro, felt like a family friend from the first minute and we actually had a tough time leaving after two days because his shift still hadn't started and we weren't able to say goodbye! All the receptionists were so incredibly lovely offering us direction and guidance, speaking to us about life in Italy and San Marino, and hugging our baby girl that got so much attention from everyone. And whilst the staff is the biggest plus of this hotel, that doesn't mean the rest isn't fantastic. The hotel looks really nice and smart, and the room was lovely - with a large and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed their lovely spa - where our 4 month old daughter had her first little swim. Behind the hotel is a little shopping center where you can find a grocery store if you want to stock up on snacks or drinks. Very handy! We honestly couldn't recommend this place enough!

    This was a huge room and an exceptionally large bathroom for the price. A jacuzzi bath, mini bar and coffee machine added to the experience. San Marino was a short drive (about 10 mins) which is a spectacular place. The property itself was in a quiet village with parking just a few metres away in the main square. We were appreciative of parking the motorbike right outside however. Lovely Italian restaurant just a 2-3 min drive up the hill which was recommended by the owner here - delicious food and great service.
