My stay at Rustic Caves was simply unforgettable! Located in the heart of Cappadocia, the hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and the region’s unique beauty. Services: The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with tips on tours, balloon ride bookings, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and homemade bread. Activities: The hotel helped us organize a balloon ride, a magical and unmissable experience. We also went on hikes and visited nearby valleys, all with the support of the staff. Conclusion: I highly recommend Rustic Caves to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and authentic experiences made this trip truly special.

Everything at Garden Suites Hotel was excellent, EXCEPT for the hot air balloon flight reservation. PLEASE READ THE LAST 2 PARAGRAPHS if you want to book a hot air ballon experience with them. We were three people, so we rented the family room, and it was wonderful to have so much space. The walls seemed well-insulated, as we couldn’t hear the prayer calls, which we appreciated. While decor wasn’t important to us, the room was beautifully decorated, cleaned daily, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower worked perfectly. Their breakfast service was fantastic, we enjoyed it every day! The rooftop was also a highlight, offering a peaceful and magical atmosphere, especially at sunrise. Although you can’t see the sunset due to the mountains surrounding the hotel, the rooftop is still a lovely spot. Regarding the hot air balloon flight, we booked through the hotel about a month before our stay for 279 euros. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the flight for the next morning was canceled, without providing a reason or an alternative time. We only had three nights at the hotel and we planned our whole trip around the Hot Air Balloon, leaving us with only one morning to reschedule. Initially, they told us we wouldn’t get the same price and would have to pay over 300 euros for a last minute booking. They asked us to check back the next day after 10 am for availability. When we did, a different staff member offered the flight for 250 euros, which we booked. They required cash payment in euros (the dollar price was $380). We asked for a receipt and the pickup time, but they couldn’t provide either at that moment, advising us to ask again after 3 pm. After checking back multiple times, we finally got a pickup time at 8 pm but they never gave us a receipt or the name of the hot air balloon company, but the next day we took the flight!! However they ruined our experience from day 1, awful.

This small hotel is located on Cavusin, just 3 kms away from the more busy Goreme. If you have a car it is really recommended to stay here as you get the quiet and picturesque views and can get to Göreme very quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful, from suggestions on which air balloon to take, to helping out on anything we needed. Great attitude!! The rooms are typical of the area built within the old cave structures but the amazing part is the view, especially at 6 am when the balloons are flying over. Breakfast was good and they also gave us a takeaway version in our last day as we needed to leave early.

Free Parking in front of hotel. Welcome drinks and cake are provided. Nice staff are so talkative and informative. They updated the hot ballon news to you. I really appreciate that they provided tasty breakfast so early (0730-1030) and many kinds of food and there are few changes everyday. That's amazing. There are cover the carpet in two places which you can take photo when sunrise. Although the hot ballon isn't much closer but you can get a good view.

I was lucky to be one of the first guests at this lovely new hotel in Cappadocia. The room was super comfy with a private jacuzzi, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and really tasty. The staff were kind and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

    Very luxurious and spacious King Suite with a jacuzzi, also the double room was with a bath. Lovely rooftop terrace for balloon viewing. Comfortable and romantic interiors, lovely lighting. Warm recommendation if you want to stay in a cave hotel. There are some restaurants in the area although the location is not the most central.

    Great hotel, nice spacious clean room with bathtub, shower facility. Lots of attention paid to details (e.g. Bath salt provided). Jacuzzi service was also great. Overall a nice place to relax at in a getaway. All activities I took part of could be arranged for pickup at the hotel too at no extra cost.

    Me and my partner had the most amazing stay at divan cave house. We opted for a room with jacuzzi bath which we loved and used more than we thought. The room was gorgeous and spacious and had a massive shower room. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely! We also watched the balloons from the terrace which was lovely. Highly recommend!!

    The property was simply awesome. it was very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was a private jacuzzi in the bathroom which was relaxing. The in-house restaurant served great food from 8 AM to 10 PM. The inclusive breakfast was great and fills you up ready for the day. The staff both at the hotel and the restaurant were super helpful. Murat from stone house cave hotel was so very helpful to arrange our trips and the hot air balloon flight and our shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend Stone House Cave Hotel !!
