May and her family were the perfect hosts. Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

Loved the location, amazing views and very peaceful. Room was large and spacious and well lit. The family host was amazing and incredibly friendly. Breakfast and dinner were different every day and cooked with fresh ingredients (I think many vegetables were grown on site)! I prolonged my stay and would visit again without a doubt. I felt very welcome and peaceful here.

All are good services here. Very helpful front desk 林兒 is always do me a favor about my stay and trip to Fansipan mountain. And arrange of the ticket for me. By the way the massage and the sauna are good here. The room is super clean . Also can use to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.👍 And the breakfast always delicious every morning . A wonderful place with clean rooms, hot showers, a bathtub, a kettle, and an incredible view from the window. The location is just 10 minutes by taxi from the city center, so it was quiet. The hotel also had a kitchen — I especially enjoyed the honey chicken, pancakes, pho bo, and mint & ginger tea. I would like to highlight the staff separately. In all my years of traveling to different countries, this was probably the most attentive and responsive manager I have ever met. Overall, we were more than satisfied :)
