The hotel manager was polite, genuinely interested in our stay, kind, and approachable. The morning restaurant staff was fast, polite, and always smiling – a special mention goes to Nikola, who stood out with his professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive. The parking staff was helpful whenever needed, and we felt confident that our car was well looked after. The hotel was very clean, both in the rooms and common areas, with good facilities, including an indoor play area for children. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here – we had a great experience!

It's location is marvelous, right in the city center, near the Varna Municipality (tip - park across the street from the hotel, great parking for 12 BGN/24 hours). The breakfast was very fresh, with good coffee. The room is very clean, new, we were happy to get a small upgrade on the room, as we didn't find parking on-site. Last but not least, the staff is very welcoming and polite. Our new favourite stay in Varna!

Loved the entire design (inside and outside), very welcoming and lovely. The apartment was new and beautiful. It felt like we were at a resort in California, USA. The beach and other resorts are very close, as well as several restaurants. It's within walking distance of the main street and other interesting sightseeing locations.

The atmosphere is incredibly calm, the hotel itself is beautiful, with a pool and a perfectly clean, aesthetic design. Sitting by the pool and looking out over the valley is just magical. We enjoyed every moment without a doubt. The rooms are elegants and stunning. there’s also a restaurant where you can dine or order food. The food is excellent and entirely organic. Truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed — perfect for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. The owners are absolutely wonderful, warm, and welcoming people. Highly, highly recommended!
