The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.

Set amidst large gardens and featuring a sun terrace with views of the Jungfrau mountain range. All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. Our stay in Alpenrose Hotel was fantastic and memorable. The property's location was very strategic as it is just nearby the train station and bus terminal where you can reach Interlaken and other cities nearby in just a few minutes. If you have a car, it is also 20-30 minutes away to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Sigriswil. The facilities and rooms had vintage and homey vibes but were still well kept. The outdoor garden was beautiful and we had a room facing mountain view. The staff were very attentive to our queries and needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We highly recommend and would definitely want to come back to this place.
