Situated in Alençon, Gîte des granges is a recently renovated accommodation, 500 metres from Halle au Blé and 4.6 km from Alencon-en-Arconnay Golf Course. This 3-star apartment offers full-day security and private check-in and check-out. The apartment features a hot tub and bicycle parking. The gite had everything we needed, was all new and clean and more with the outdoor space and sauna if it had been in the summer we’d of definitely used all the facilities. Very good location, and the communication with the owner was great with all explained prior to arrival. The car parking was great, was a bit hesitant as it’s an underground car park and I have a big 4x4 but surprisingly had plenty of space and the height was 1.90.

Warm welcome from host Véronique, hospitality exceeded any expectations and absolutely stunning location. Last minute booking yet we were welcomed with offers of food and drinks. The whole place is beautifully put together and each room tended with care. Will be back when next passing and would highly recommend. Lovely breakfast with fresh pastries, homemade yoghurt and local produce.

It was an excellent one night stay with incredible women who spoke perfect English. She was so helpful and polite. That cottage exceeded my expectation. Apartment was ever so clean(cleanlinessof 5*hotel), tastefully decorated and furnished. I must say a rare find those days in France
