The hotel is amazing, open fires, great atmosphere with old style furniture, sitting areas, bar. Grounds are lovely, I saw some deer. Its worth having a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and had some other meals there as well which were also good.

The hosts are accommodating and helpful. Location super for travelling around Westport and Achill Island. The structure has many amenities and everything was spotless. We came along with our dog and we surely will come back again.
