They were helpful with everything, polite and cheerful. The breakfast lady always prepared the same table for us that we appreciated very much! The room we got was stunning! We got the view over the river, very quiet room, spacious and clean. The facilities like pool, spa - clean, you can order drinks by the pool. The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. Breakfast with a beautiful view and sounds of the river.

The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).
