Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Property was spacious, very clean and perfectly located. The facilities provided all that we needed. Luca our host was very informative, attentive, prompt and helpful.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was super friendly and helpful.

Valentina and her father are super friendly hosts and provided a very generous breakfast. Probably the best BnB I've ever stayed in. True old fashioned hospitality. Great location too with parking for our rental car free just 50 meters away. Heaps of free parking in area.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. Featuring a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better. From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room. We absolutely loved our stay and left wishing we could stay longer—not just because of the hotel, but also because of the charm of the city and the beauty of the beach. Highly recommended!

At the guest house, units have bed linen and towels. everything worked!! possibly the best shower in Italy and strong Wi-Fi! wonderful views night and day

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the terrace, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. The B&B is owner-led by Giuliana and Rossano - they care deeply about the wellbeing of their guests! When we arrived they checked in with us personally, giving us useful information about the stay and gave us a room tour. They have impeccable attention to details, e.g. when it comes to the interior of the rooms (very big and luxurious!) or the arrangement of the breakfast, which was superb. I cannot praise them enough for their gorgeous B&B in an old monastery. It was a 5-star ***** experience and we will happily come back one day.

Breakfast is a very plentiful spread of cereals, breads, meat, cheeses and pastries, as well as excellent coffee which Max himself makes for you.
