Although Strada is not a big town, this was a wonderful base to explore Chianti and Florence from. Good restaurants nearby but we also liked the ability to self-cater. Apartment is spacious with a sleeping area and a sitting room.

Mary, Matteo and Maria all provided excellent tips for our stay and Matteo was able to organise dinner for us at La Toppa on very short notice - equally outstanding experience and literally next door! There were small touches that pushed the hospitality over the top, like quality mini easter eggs readily accessible in beautiful glass jars and freshly made chocolate biscuits at hand next to the tea and coffee in the shared area.
