The owner, Mr. Hassan, was incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. He made sure that any request I had was promptly taken care of. The staff in the restaurant and cafe, especially Mr. Faleh, were also always smiling, helpful, and eager to ensure I had a great experience. I felt like I was being treated like part of the family during my stay. The warm, caring atmosphere of the hotel was truly special. The amazing food at the restaurant and cafe was just the cherry on top.
