What a fantastic team! Panasha, Rahit, Rasul were amazing! After an initial hiccup we were upgraded to a fabulous suite which was totally unexpected. Their service was exemplary, nothing was a problem or too much trouble from providing directions to storing our bags. A birthday treat was even provided for my husband. The hotel location is perfect, the Marina view from the rooms was amazing! The facilities are fabulous… Definitely recommend a stay here!

The staff were very warm and welcoming when we got there. They were also very flexible and allowed us to leave our luggage at the concierge in the morning.
