The property was central to the supermarket and metro station. We got a fantastic room with a fantastic view. Sumitra checked us in and gave us an amazing room. She was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning was great. Thankyou to Shekar and his team for an excellent service. The concierges were all so lovely. Always greeted us and helped us with our bags, etc(all of them were fantastic - sorry we can’t remember their names). Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Second time staying here and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The design of the hotel, lobby and rooms - wow! The staff are very friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and got a room upgrade which made our trip extra special. 100% recommend treating yourself at the spa, highlight of my stay. Will stay here again when I return to Dubai.

This isn't a typical hotel; this is your second family. I have never laughed and cried at a hotel as I did here. The staff treats you like a family member, ensuring you enjoy every second. Everything is perfect, from the cleaning to the team and the food. There is nothing that I can complain about. They have spoiled my family and me with their love and care. The staff was very polite, always there and ready to help, professional at all times, and doing their best in exceeding our expectations. Also, Bella restaurant is a must when staying at Grand Millennium Business Bay. Moreover, I recommend a room with executive club access, as it is a great place with an astonishing view, highly trained staff, and all you may need for a moment of relaxation.
