Everything was great..it was a great experience for me

Everything was perfectly clean and felt brand new, nothing was broken, nothing was missing, beds were comfortable, linens and towels were fresh, all toiletries were provided and sleepers too, breakfast was abundant and staff was exceptionally helpful and hospitable - overall, absolutely wonderful experience!

I really loved everything about this place. It was super clean, which I really appreciated, and the staff were just so kind and friendly — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast in the morning was honestly amazing — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. The whole vibe of the place was calm and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The home is cozy, the bedroom is very comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is always reassuring. The location is excellent , very close to the airport, and the hosts provide free transfers, which was incredibly convenient. They are warm, accommodating, and truly lovely people. Communication is effortless as they speak Armenian, Russian, English, and Arabic, making it welcoming for guests from all over the world. The breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the homemade jam it was absolutely delicious! The entire stay felt more like visiting family than just being a guest. If you’re looking for a place that combines cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again! Thanks a lot! 🥰

Most hospitable, super friendly and helpful home owners George and Anna. Provided transfer from and to airport, showed where everything was at the apartment , also gave us brief info about the town. Such a sweet couple, always in contact, answered immediately to all our questions and requests. Apartment was VERY clean(from spoons and forks to bed sheets) and well maintained, you can tell these people really care about their guests. We had a great time and definitely consider to return.
