Amazing place. Tomas at the reception was super kind, made our stay in Vienna so much better. Stefi from the kitchen is a super star, breakfast was one of the best I had in any hotel. I loved breakfast, rooms were nice and clean too.

I don't usually leave reviews but this Hotel really deserves it!! Adequate room: warm and soundproofed; comfortable bed; spacious shower. Very kind staff! On my boyfriend's birthday they brought chocolate muffins and a bottle of wine (without having asked for it). Wonderfull!! Exceptional location: metro and tram very close! On foot you can reach St. Stephen's Cathedral in a few minutes. I love everything about Vienna and this Hotel made everything perfect! Thank you!

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff! We have stayed at a few hotels across Austria but this by far was our best stay. The location is great with 2 stations just a few mins walk away (one going straight to Vienna airport), old town with all attractions 2 stops away, and great restaurants and bars close by. Excellent breakfast spread with many hot and cold options. Great rooms and service. The staff - all of them from reception to cleaning service to those serving at breakfast time - are friendly, helpful, cheerful and go the extra mile to make your stay worthwhile.
