The room was spacious and clean. It was perfect. The bathroom was massive and the stay was super super comfortable. Also they gave us two drink vouchers at the bar which I felt was very very nice. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely courteous and even helped us with the bags which made us feel very warm

I just appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the hotel in both the lounge area and my room. After spending 2 weeks sleeping in my van and breaking down in Mt Gambier it was great to have a warm comfy bed and shower without it costing me an arm and a leg. Thank so much to everyone at the Commercial hotel for helping me have a great stay while here in Mt Gambier, and I will recommend it to all my friends!

Perfect and cleaned bedroom with very spacious bathroom. You have a pub inside for breakfast and dinner which is great. Located in the centre and close to blue lake. Staff was extremely kind, they knew it was our honeymoon and they were so generous to give us a complimentary bottle of wine, big thank you to them!!

Location perfect close to Blue Lake and other scenic look outs. Very clean cabin. Staff very helpfull and supportive as we decided to have an additional night there. Seems that Big4 location is the best solution if you dont need a hotel room. We have used Big4 more times during our travel around AU and the Big4 accomodations are always perfect
