The staff were friendly and helpful, room beautiful, with a beautiful view, location close to our event, check out hassle free and extended to 11am if we needed it, staff super helpful. We were positioned to suit us (myself and 11yr old and 6yr old) and close to the pool and carpark.

A last minute booking to break up a long drive, check in was swift and easy. The room is huge, with a gorgeous view. Room service was quick and delicious. Nice and quiet, highly recommend

Staff were helpful and lovely, could order room service, 5 minutes drive to Nerang Train station, clean facilities, loved our stay.

Modern, clean and well appointed rooms. I was on level 12 overlooking the pool and the view was stunning. Really friendly staff at reception that take the time to remember who you are and the why you are visiting. Absolutely amazing customer service. So many restaurants to chose from, amenities such as golfing, swimming, tennis to name a few. Great kid facilities too. I highly recommend staying.
