We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade, and what an upgrade, a one bedroom suite which was absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much! The location was great for us, close to the train station and trams. To be honest it is an easy walk into the heart of the city as well.

Location, facilities, rooms, but the best was the staff - from arrival, to the gym area and then the Curious bar. Excellent customer welcome (Jack) ongoing service.
