From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm, friendly welcome and outstanding service that continued throughout our stay. Our room was notably spacious, providing us with ample space to unwind and relax after our daily adventures in Melbourne. The elegant design and comfortable furnishings further contributed to a serene and homely atmosphere that truly set the stage for a memorable stay. We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the room service, which consistently delivered super services. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and kindness, always attending to our needs with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention must be made about the chief concierge, whose recommendations greatly enhanced our experience in Melbourne. 1 - The hotel staff which is incredibly welcoming, dedicated, and very diligent towards customer satisfaction. 2 - The W Melbourne hotel is beautifully decorated, has stunning rooms and and incredible designed pool area opened 24/7. 3 - The Curious bar which cannot be missed and should be enjoyed without moderation (Make a reservation for busy weekend nights). offered quality live DJ and music , stunning décor, fantastic cocktails and foods. W Melbourne hotel is an experience not to be missed.

Wonderful hotel hidden on a side road off the main street. It's a fab location, the room felt much more modern and stylish than regular Hilton's! Breakfast was delicious
